Ray Lee has been training people at Be-fit for 4 years and is one of the founding members. He specialises in weight loss and has a background in boxing. Ray is qualified in personal training, nutrition, pilates and is also a boxing coach.
Ramon Horca is Be-fit’s newest trainer. He specialises in group training, strength and conditioning, and flexibility. Ramon is also Be-fit’s bootcamp trainer which is intense bodyweight exercise, great for toning and raising fitness levels
Eileen Mooney has been getting people fit at Be-fit for 3 years. She specialises in classes and is Ireland’s leading rebounding instructor, which is a workout on mini trampolines. Its a great cardio workout which is great for fat burning and it’s also a great workout for your lymphatic system which detoxes the body.
